This credit card from Chase Bank is one of the best they have to offer. Though they don’t offer many financial solutions like high yield savings accounts or high yield checking accounts, they do offer a wealth of credit cards to fit your needs.

The Slate card from Chase Bank offers an average percentage rate. The card starts off with a zero introductory APR and no annual fee. They also don’t charge you interest if you pay off your balance in full every month. However, the card falls short after the one year offer. The card moves to a APR over 13% and even more based on your credit.

The card would serve someone well if they need to transfer funds in and out quickly or might need it for emergency costs. You won’t feel that bad if you’re only getting hit with a 13% interest rate. I’ve seen much worse.

Like most credit cards in this field, you’ll have to have above average credit to get approved.
